Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Get started" and fill in your name, email, and a password. You can also set your location so we can show you nearby listings straight away.
Is SellShare free to use?
Yes - creating an account and posting listings is completely free. Optional paid features may be introduced in future.
How do I set my location?
You can allow location access when prompted, or tap the location icon in the navigation bar to search for your city manually.
Buying
How do I contact a seller?
Open a listing and click "Message seller". You need a free account to send messages.
Is there buyer protection?
SellShare facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but does not process payments or guarantee transactions. Always meet in a safe public place and inspect items before paying.
How do I save listings I'm interested in?
Click the heart icon on any listing to add it to your Favorites.
Selling
How do I post a listing?
Sign in, click "Post" in the navigation bar, and fill in the details. You can upload up to 10 photos and choose a category, price, and condition.
What can I sell?
Almost anything legal - household items, electronics, clothing, furniture, vehicles, and more. You can also post service listings or free donation listings.
How do I edit or delete a listing?
Go to My listings in your dashboard, then click "Edit" or "Delete" on the listing you want to change.
Account & Safety
How do I change my password?
Go to Profile & settings and scroll to the Change password section.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Visit the Reset password page and enter your email address. We'll send you a reset link.
How do I report a listing or user?
Use the "Report" button on any listing or profile page. Our team reviews all reports promptly.
