By using SellShare you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SellShare ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Listings & Content

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your listings.
• Listings must not include prohibited items (illegal goods, weapons, hazardous materials, counterfeit products, or adult content).
• We reserve the right to remove any listing or content that violates these terms, without notice.
• By posting content you grant SellShare a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the Platform.
• SellShare has zero tolerance for objectionable content of any kind — including hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, and content that exploits or endangers anyone — in listings, images, profiles, or messages, regardless of whether it falls into the categories above.

4. Transactions

SellShare is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not handle payments, provide escrow, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any item listed.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Scraping, spamming, or attempting to manipulate the Platform.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measures.

5A. Content Moderation, Reporting & Blocking

• You can report any listing, message, or user you believe violates these terms using the in-app "Report" action, or block another user entirely — blocking immediately hides their listings from your feed and prevents them from messaging you.
• Every report — whether submitted by a user or automatically flagged by our content filters — is reviewed by our team, who commit to acting on it within 24 hours.
• Where a report is upheld, we remove the offending content and, for zero-tolerance violations (objectionable content or abusive conduct), permanently eject the responsible account from the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design, and trademarks are the property of SellShare. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellShare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
